Please read the terms and conditions on this page. By placing a booking or leaving you pet with us you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Payment terms: 50% deposit at the time of booking to reserve your stay, remaining 50% to be paid prior to the start of your pets stay with us.
Extending your stay: If your plans change whilst you are away and you wish to extend your pets stay with us then please contact us to check availability, if we can accommodate your request then we will send you the price and ask you to pay prior to the extension of stay occurring.
Unauthorised over stays: Unauthorised overstays will be charged at £50 per animal per 24 hours. Payment will be required before collecting your pet.
Cancellation policy: No cost if cancelling >4 weeks before stay, 50% deposit will be forfeited if cancelling less than 4 weeks before your stay.
Veterinary fees: You are liable for any veterinary fees that are required during your pets stay. We will endeavour to contact you if we feel that veterinary attention is required, however, we will make the decision whether or not veterinary attention is required whilst they are in our care.
Bereavement: Should your pet sadly pass away whilst staying with us we will try to endeavour to contact you to understand your wishes. Little Paws Petcare is not liable for the replacement cost of any pet that dies.
